Superman Moving & Storage is fully licensed and insured. The vast majority of our moves finish without a scratch — that's the whole point of padding, wrapping, and loading the right way.
But moving is physical work, and on rare occasions something can get damaged. When that happens, you deserve a process that's clear and fair, not a wall of fine print. Here's exactly how coverage works and what to do.
Included on every move
Basic coverage
$0.60 per pound,
per item
Standard released-value protection, included at no extra cost. A few things fall outside basic coverage:
- Laminated, press-wood, or particleboard furniture
- Items not packed by Superman Moving
- Over-sized or over-weight items

Note it right away
If something arrives damaged, tell the crew lead on move day if you can, and take a few photos.

Valid claims are handled through our claims partner, CSI. You'll file online with your move documents — see the details below.
